THE SUMMIT AT SUNLAND SPRINGS

The Summit at Sunland Springs was a two-phase new construction project that began with a 35,000 sq. ft. Memory Care community with 48 units. The second phase was 113,959 sq. ft., offering 108 units of Assisted Living care connected to the Memory Care community. Amenities include a Bistro, Restaurant, Theater, Salon, Computer/Tech Lounge, Mancave Workshop, Art Studio, Fitness Center, Library, and Noah’s Place, a room dedicated to visiting families and children.
