MADONNA GARDENS

Madonna Gardens is a senior living community located in Salinas, CA. This project included a complete repositioning, expansion, and renovation of a 44,338 sq. ft. community offering 49 Assisted Living units and 42 Memory Care units. The design pulled inspiration from the Mid-Century modern architecture of the building and incorporated design features from its origins as a nunnery. Amenities include a Salon, Fitness room, Library, and large outdoor courtyard.
